Secret Base is a reference app for Grand Theft Auto V cheat codes. It has no sign-up screen, no password and no user profile. This document explains the little data the app does handle, and the terms you agree to by using it.
The first time the app opens, it generates a random identifier (a UUID) on your device and stores it in the system keychain. That identifier is the entire account: it lets the app remember your favourites and restore a subscription you have paid for. It is generated by the app, it is not derived from any hardware identifier, and it is not the IDFA. Reinstalling the app produces a new identifier that is unconnected to the previous one.

This list is complete. The app does not request access to contacts, photos, the camera, the microphone or location, and those permissions are explicitly blocked in the Android build.
Payments are processed entirely by Apple or Google. We never see your card details, billing address or Apple ID. When you buy Pro, the store gives the app a signed receipt, which our server verifies with Apple or Google and then records: the store, the product identifier, the transaction identifier, the subscription status and its expiry date. That record is linked to your device account so the purchase can be restored, and a single purchase may be activated on a limited number of devices.
The free tier shows a banner supplied by Google AdMob. The app requests non-personalised ads only, so AdMob may use coarse, non-identifying signals such as the approximate region and the app itself to choose an ad, but not a profile built from your activity. Pro subscribers see no ads at all and the advertising SDK is not loaded for them. Google's own handling of ad requests is described in the Google privacy & terms.
If you write to us from the support screen, we store your message and, when you choose to supply one, an email address so we can reply. Leaving the email field empty is fine; the message is then anonymous and we simply cannot answer it directly.
Account data is kept while the account exists. Settings → Delete my data removes your device account, favourites and purchase links from our servers; the app then generates a fresh identifier as though it had just been installed. Records of a completed transaction may be retained where tax or accounting law requires it, and technical error logs are kept briefly for diagnostics. Deleting the app alone does not delete server-side data — use the in-app control first.
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. It carries a 12+ age rating because it references the content of a mature video game.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or erase your data, and to object to certain processing. Because the account is anonymous, the in-app deletion control is the fastest route and needs no proof of identity. For anything else, write to us at the address in section 3 and include nothing more than the request itself — we may need your device identifier to locate the record, and we will ask for it if so.
If this policy changes materially, the effective date at the top of the page is updated and the app shows a notice on next launch. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the revised policy.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Secret Base on devices you own or control, in accordance with the usage rules of the store you installed it from. The app and its content remain our property; you may not copy, resell, decompile or redistribute it.
A selection of cheat codes in every category is free to use and supported by advertising. Pro unlocks the full catalogue and removes advertising. Nothing in the app affects your copy of the game: the cheats are entered by you, in the game, using the codes published by its developer.

The price in your local currency is shown on the purchase screen before you confirm, and payment is charged to your store account at that point.
Use the app lawfully. Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, circumvent the paid tier, or use automated means to extract the catalogue in bulk. We may suspend access that does any of these.
Secret Base is an independent reference app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or any of their subsidiaries. Grand Theft Auto and all related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the game the codes apply to.
The codes are published as reference information and provided “as is”. Game updates can change or disable them, and we do not warrant that every code works on every platform or version.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including any effect entering a cheat code may have on your saved game or online privileges. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it; to remove server-side data as well, use the in-app deletion control first. We may modify or discontinue features, and may update these terms — the effective date at the top of the page records when.
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the app's publisher is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your own country of residence.
